SEX IN THE CITY ORGASM TIPS FOR WOMEN

FINALLY, REAL SEX FOR REAL WOMEN!

As we discussed in the previous post – SEX IN THE CITY TIPS FOR WOMEN, the key component for women in achieving better sex is intimately knowing your sexual anatomy.

Somewhere within the complex construct of the female anatomy lies the WOW factor of a full blown hot and juicy orgasm. An intense orgasmic experience can leave you feeling full of energy and exhilarated for hours.

You could say that the intensity of a woman’s orgasm is reliant upon the pelvic floor muscles and transverse abdominal muscles.  Strong muscles, strong orgasm. The weaker the muscles, the weaker the orgasm.

Dr Laura Berman, Sex Therapist, and author of Real Sex for Real Women who appears on Oprah, explains that there are three kinds of ways that women have orgasms.

ORGASM 1 – Clitoral: the most common kind of orgasm. It is the easiest to achieve not during intercourse.

ORGASM 2 – Vaginal: this is a more intense orgasm and is from the stimulation of the G-Spot inside the vagina.

ORGASM 3 – Blended: is the combination of clitoral and vaginal.

Sex in the City Homework

The G-Spot: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. To locate your G-Spot lie on your back.  Insert a couple of fingers inside your vagina. What you are feeling for is your G-Spot which feels a bit like the tip of your nose.  Move your fingers towards your belly button side. This will help you find it.  When the G-Spot is being stimulated it will give you the feeling of needing to urinate.

It isn’t really that strange to discover where and how our own sexual anatomy feels.  By concentrating on what makes us feel good, we can direct our sex partners in more fulfilling sex play.

ADULT SEXUAL HEALTH EXPOSED IN THE SEX MYTH DICTIONARY

SEX PLAY FOR SEXUAL HEALTH

Have you ever noticed how workaholics have little or no time for anything else that life has to offer including sex play.  Fun is not a word in their vocabulary.  This diversionary tactic is to take their minds off the glaring fact that they are sexually dissatisfied.

We, have grown into adulthood surrounded by people who “work, work, work.”  Maybe you are one of them.  Mmm… something to think about.

We still have people like this in our lives, and yes I have to admit it, I was one of them at one stage in my life.  “Too busy right now, but when I’ve finished … I’ll have more time to spend with you.”  Years on, and the same sentence, a vocal recording, jammed on PLAY. Thankfully I did mend my ways, and couldn’t be happier.  With the people who are still in this repetitive mindset however, intimate emotional and physical connection is a NO GO ZONE.

I often wondered, is it that rejection is so firmly implanted into their minds that they would rather miss out, than take the risk changing their myths, their limiting beliefs to experience the joy of what they most want, like the joy of sex To do this it does mean letting go of what is not working.

D- Each and every day consciously choose to take time to connect with your sex partner.  Pash for 6 minutes.  The longer, the better.  You will find that this sexual connection will have you feeling happier, you will be more productive, and feel more relaxed to dive headfirst into the joy of sex.  Sex really is good for your health.
