Playmate fun just got hotter in and out of the bedroom.

Sexting, the sending of sexy images over the phone are a real turn-on for some dating playmates.

These days more and more young women are taking and sending erotic photos of themselves to their playmates via text, e-mail, videos or posting them on-line to keep their dating exciting.

A survey conducted in the US in October 2008, found that 36% of young women and 31% of young men, (20-26 years) said they have sent nude images or semi-nude images of themselves to their playmates in e-mail, videos, text or posted them online.

It’s not just a US Trend, the relatively recent phenomenon is now sweeping Australia.

Sex Therapist, Rachel Morris says that the sharing of sexual images can be a great way in keeping things exciting in long-term relationships.  “It can be really sexy to be a different character in the bedroom.  Using webcam to film yourself or a camera-phone to send a photo is a really erotic way of doing that.  It’s also a great way of teasing somebody, of sharing something extremely
intimate in a non-intimate setting, a bit like sex outside.”
