PLANNING GETTING PREGNANT?

A recent study in the Journal of Human Reproduction documents that men, from a fertility clinic had detailed their soy intake. Those men who consumed the most soy had 41 million less sperm per millilitre of semen than the men who consumed no soy products at all.
The Harvard School of Public Health states that as soy has high levels of plant oestrogens, (they replicate the female hormone, estrogen) soy products, could affect sperm production and fertility.
Is it time to get off those soy lattes?
