Our sexuality makes us unique. Sexuality is akin to a chemical reaction. It is physiological, philosophical, psychological, all blended to create alchemy ~ sexuality.

Masturbation is an intimate exploration into sexuality.

Sexuality illuminates my life, guiding my choices in everything that I do. How I feel about myself, comes through into every facet. The fire with my lover, the passion in my writing, the sensuality in my dress, the nurturing of my children, the heart in my cooking, the moods in my art…

It is through masturbation that I connect intimately with my sexuality. The core of who I am.

No one is born hating who they are. We learn it from the people around us, their beliefs about their own sexuality, which reflects upon their outlook on life. Until recent years, I hated being a woman, the very essence of my identity. The women, who were the role models for me in my formative years, modeled self-loathing. These women were not happy to be in the skin they were in. There was always something that was not perfect. For many years I strived for perfection, never did I achieve it.

Masturbation has been a dance between love and hate. Learning to love my sexuality, has introduced me to myself. As I comfortably grow into my skin, I am rechannelling my energies into productive endeavors.
