SLEEPSEX EXPOSED AS HIDDEN SEX IN MEN & WOMEN

Sleep disorders could attribute to unusual sexual behaviours.
Men
and women alike, can have what is known as sexsomnia or sleepsex.

Sexsomnia or sleepsex is recognized as a derivative of parasomnia.
These disorders include sleeptalking, sleepwalking, even sleepdriving.

Men and women who have sexsomnia or sleepsex are consciously unaware of what they are doing when they are sleeping, and have no recollection when wakened.
Their sexual behaviours can range from masturbation, fondling or groping a partner, to sexual intercourse.

Sexsomnia or sleepsex activities appear to occur in the period of sleep somewhere between deep sleep and waking.
It seems to happen when brain functions such as judgment and reasoning are shut off and the areas of locomotion, sex, and eating, are still active.
You could say that the person is in partial arousal.
There, but, not really there.

What does your physiology say about you?

Avec l’amour,

Shele & Michael.
