SEXUALITY HIDDEN BEHIND SEXUAL BELIEFS

Feeling defensive?

We humans, look at the world through colored glasses, the ones that fit our belief system. And it is not at all rosy.

When we look at a flower, then look at another, one that stands taller than the other, has a different shape of petal, and is varying in color. Do we automatically think that there is something wrong with it, because it differs in appearance to the other.

Yet, this is what we do to people who appear different to ourselves.

We judge them!

Sex and sexuality is a focal point in our belief system where this attitude is very apparent. We seem to be unconsciously drawn to the negative beliefs that we hold in order not to offend our own thoughts on the issue of sex and sexuality.

We just may not be “right” in our thinking, and who wants to expose that!

Is it better to be in denial, than change the way we think?

Changing our attitude towards sex and sexuality will open our eyes to endless possibilities that were not apparent before.

The sexual possibilities that were hidden behind those colored glasses.
