Only the other evening I had arranged to meet my adult son for a meal , then a movie,

As I arrived at the restaurant earlier than he, and knowing he could arrive much later than earlier planned,I proceeded to order and then eat.

Seated adjacent to me were a much younger couple than I (my son is 25 and these two people were slightly younger than he), Throughout most of the time I was occupied with eating etc, they happily conversed and generally seemed to having a good time with each other, Then, a funny thing happened, the event that started this was quite insignificant, ( a brochure blew off of their table and landed on the floor between our tables), initially it appeared that they hadn’t noticed, or weren’t concerned about it, just as I went to retrieve same to place back on their table, He, the male of the couple, stood up and walked over and picked it up, as he sat down again, I remarked “Well, your a good boy for doing that”

Well, the immediate response wasn’t what I had expected, She, turning to me , laughed, looked at my plate, and then theirs’ and offered for me to join them, I did so,and from then on,between eating, and drinking, there were a flurry of seemingly innocent questions directed at me, mainly from her, during this exchange between us, she got more excited, and her body language became more personally directed at me, I was picking up on some very subtle undertones of her growing sexual interest in me, These flirtaceous exchanges didn’t go unnoticed by her boy friend, The interesting thing I noticed was that he wasn’t very concerned at all, , rather , seemingly encouraged it to happen, My son joined us round this time, and with in minutes he picked up on what was happening, and later told me , he couldn’t believe what he saw, right before his eyes their was a young woman, younger than he, putting the moves on his Dad, who, if you can work it out, was more than twice this lady’s age.

Now, as far as things went that evening , I thanked them both for their pleasant company,and the chance to share food and drink together, and also acknowledged the fact of the sexually charged undercurrents that were running between us, He responded by letting me know that from the moment they saw me his girlfriend had let him know that I was the one to help out in their previously discussed ideas, he then went on to share some of these ideas and desires with me, there plan was to find a guy that they both were attracted to, and then go about seducing him, what they also told me was that they , never in their thoughts was the fact of the guy whom they settled on, being as old as I was, their preconceived beliefs and thought patterns were connected to a guy around their own age.

Well, as the saying goes, There you go. Unbelievable!

On my part, from the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was open and friendly to anyone I came in contact with, even when I was communicating with this young couple my body language was more about being relaxed, therein lies the tale, this is part of where you need to be to connect with other people if they are to open up and want to connect with you.
